I was unable to submit my review without selecting at least one star. This system needs to be changed, as the service provided does not merit even a one‑star rating. At this point, a zero‑star option would be far more reflective of the experience. Trying to book an appointment for my elderly mother has been extremely unacceptable. I had to hang up several times after waiting 45 minutes on each occasion, which is completely unreasonable. Was told to do a urine sample and drop it off before 11. Got there by 10.50 with great difficulty, only to be told a staff member is not in so they too busy to take in more samples. So I can take it to another practice or bring it back here tomorrow. Just nasty. They TOLD ME to come in! Their staff don’t have extra time to do extra work but we do have time to waste going there for nothing!

Went in for my appointment only to be waiting in a queue. The staff was taking their time with each customer. The sign in machine was not working. After being seen by the staff, I was told I was late and have to rebook. I took a day off work for this. The incompetence was on another level -10 for service.

Went for a blood test on weds, after 2yrs i saw that the signing in monitor was working so i tried to sign myself in, it came up with a message saying you can't be booked in, please go to reception. So the lady i spoke to, i beleive her name was Iqra, not seen her before must be a new starter. They say don't judge a book by it's cover, with her you can.
