The appointments system works really well, seems very efficient and I've found the surgery very helpful.

I have always found them responsive to any health issue that I have had and always polite and courteous..

Phoned to get a repeat asthma inhaler prescription as having difficulty sleeping (I have been an athsmatic for 50 years), to be told they cannot give me a prescription unless I have a respiratory check by a nurse. The earliest appointment is 3 weeks away!!!. I was then told that there were no doctors appointments before this, and my only option is to dial 111!!!. Unbelievable rubbish.
