I must say I am very disappointed with the way this was handled. Yesterday, I received a call from them informing me that my daughter’s previously scheduled appointment needed to be rescheduled because the dentist would not be available. I agreed and asked for the next suitable date. I was then offered an appointment for the following day, which I accepted. Absolutely disgusting treatment, never seem to answer the phone, completely unprofessional and would not recommend to anyone. Extremely unreliable and lack basic communication skills to let a patient know of something and they completely ignore your needs.

They told me I’d been referred on multiple occasions when I rang 6 month down the line for a update they then said I hadn’t been referred
