I must say I am very disappointed with the way this was handled. Yesterday, I received a call from them informing me that my daughter’s previously scheduled appointment needed to be rescheduled because the dentist would not be available. I agreed and asked for the next suitable date. I was then offered an appointment for the following day, which I accepted. Today, while we were on our way to the dentist and had already taken a taxi, I received another call (approximately 15 minutes before the appointment) asking to reschedule yet again. At that point, we were already en route and not far f…
Absolutely disgusting treatment, never seem to answer the phone, completely unprofessional and would not recommend to anyone. Extremely unreliable and lack basic communication skills to let a patient know of something and they completely ignore your needs.
They told me I’d been referred on multiple occasions when I rang 6 month down the line for a update they then said I hadn’t been referred
