Beckside Road Dental Surgery

My experience at this dental practice has been genuinely lovely. The reception staff were welcoming and kind, and made me feel well looked after. As for the treatment, I was feeling nervous. However, Dr Bashir provided me with an initial consultation and x-rays where he explained everything in a detailed manner. He informed me about different treatment options , costs, pros and cons and nothing felt rushed. He put me at ease throughout the appointment and carried out the treatment in an efficient manner. Would definitely recommend this practice to anyone else.

Booked as an emergency appointment, fantastic dentistry. Made a temporary repair until I can have a permanent crown fitted. Spoke through the treatment, which was quick and pain free! Just amazing, thank you

I wouldn't recommend this practice at all, I booked through an external site emerdency and this practice was the closest to me. The receptionist was well mannered and respectful, however the dentist is another situation extremely rude mannered abrupt, rushes through the patients as though it's a conveyor belt. I had an extraction and he was so impatient my tooth was still in his clamp and he excused me and said 'done' no real after care instructions just poorly printed flyer, I'm not expecting an especially tailored service however some basic manners courtesy and thoughtfulness wouldn't go …

I went to the dentist and got 5 star treatment. The receptionist was very polite and professional. Dr Bashir was very tender, caring and professional. Definitely recommend!
