This is meant to be 0 stars. My dad had a confirmed appointment for 17th December. Written proof. Text evidence received 7th november. The whole lot. Then, like some sort of a festive prank, he receives a text on 15th December at 8:10am followed by phone calls telling him he has an appointment that very day. Honestly time wasters. They lie flog u off and say will get back to you but never do. The receptionist just want you to get off the phone.

Absolute joke of a Gp service. Receptionist act like bouncers for the gps . GPs ain’t got a clue what they doing. Diagnosed myself via ChatGPT and got treated abroad. After months waiting on these clowns. Even if you ring at 8am on the morning on the dot you stuck behind 7 ppl who apparently booked 2 weeks ago. Don’t get back to you with your blood tests, urine tests , stool tests. Lazy useless . Dk how they became doctors tbh. They take days to get you in and try get you out as fast possible . Dr Malik is never there . If you can change practise .. your best off doing it

Absolutely awful place they fob you off every chance they get and expect you to do everything through patches so they don't have to see you, it took me 2 weeks to get a sick note off them and then got attitude off the manager because I needed it so kept calling. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
