Cancelled an appointment with over 5 days worth of notice given. Said I would receive a refund for my deposit payed but still waiting to receive it been over 14 days. I’ve been told by there staff I would receive it but haven’t. Prior to that I called asking for a email to confirm my refund is being processed said they will but never recived anything the lady on the phone was very rude. I won’t recommend this dentist to anyone
We saw Eleanor today for myself and my two children aged 3 & 5. We were treated with respect, she took her time with the boys, explaining everything so they weren't nervous. Really positive experience.
Worst experience ever!! Avoid if you can, dentist all the time late but you must be attend on time can’t be late . Appalling service, paid private price but did not get fair private service,Very disappointed.
As someone who is quite terrified of dentists I can honestly say Mary and the team were not only sympathetic an and understanding but incredibly professional too. The staff are all very friendly and it takes just makes for a less stressful experience overall. Good job all round
