I've been a very happy patient of Dr Poonam Goyal for Invisalign treatment and I can certainly recommend her dental services. I needed Invisalign treatment as my teeth have been suffering from bruxism (especially around canines), crowding/teeth rotation and insufficient resting space between upper front and lower front teeth (there is a medical term for this, but I don't remember it right now). I’ve been a patient with this dental practice for many years. All the staff are highly professional, providing the highest level of dental care. In more recent years I’ve consistently received first class dental treatment from Dr. Poonam Goyal. Without question, Poonam is clearly an outstanding dentist and the best I’ve ever been to. Dealing with Karen the Hygienist is so easy and comforting, she explains everything she is doing and has a fantastic patient care attitude. She is extremely professional. Weirdly one almost looks forward to going to the dentist!
I’d like to share some feedback following my recent visit to the Bupa dental clinic. I was disappointed by several aspects of my experience. My appointment lasted less than 15 minutes, yet the fee was £90, which felt quite high given the short consultation time. In addition, I’ve noticed that the dentist often arrives late to appointments, which can be frustrating when trying to plan around scheduled times.
