Dealing with Karen the Hygienist is so easy and comforting, she explains everything she is doing and has a fantastic patient care attitude. She is extremely professional. Weirdly one almost looks forward to going to the dentist!

I’d like to share some feedback following my recent visit to the Bupa dental clinic. I was disappointed by several aspects of my experience. My appointment lasted less than 15 minutes, yet the fee was £90, which felt quite high given the short consultation time. In addition, I’ve noticed that the dentist often arrives late to appointments, which can be frustrating when trying to plan around scheduled times.
