Been a patient at this dental practice for 30+ years, so I have seen a lot of changes over the years. All for the better I may add, the newest changes are to the layout of the entrance and reception area, which are lovely, much more modern, and nice comfortable chairs too! I couldn’t be happier with my experience. I had been having trouble with a tooth and Russell was excellent, friendly, reassuring, and sorted the problem efficiently. The rest of the staff were also lovely and made me feel comfortable throughout the visit. I would definitely recommend this practice. Also, my daughter thought I looked cool in those fancy glasses! 😎

As someone with total dentist fear since having a bad experience with a dental practice in Ashington, today I was welcomed at horizon for an emergency tooth removal and from the second I walked in to the second I left I felt safe, comfortable, respected and heard! And most importantly NOT JUDGED! My tooth was successfully removed and I’m now on the mend! Thank you all so so much! Totally appreciate it x
