Synergy Dental Clinic - South Shore

I went to Synergy for Invisalign. Lovely practice with friendly staff. The only issue I have is that on my follow up appointment the dentist said that it’s not turned out as well because of my age (over 50). But they were quite happy to take my money for Invisalign at the initial appointment and never once mentioned that my age would be a problem. Will wait and see and happy to amend this review if all turns out to be ok although my confidence has reduced somewhat.

Synergy Dental Surgery is a nice and professional practice to go. My experience there is very positive. I received treatment from Raza and dental nurse Erin. They both made me feel relax and welcome. I was really happy with the treatment. My smile now glows. Thank you 😊

Five star experience all around. Dr Junaid fitted me with 8 Porcelain Veneers - started with a smile makeover appointment where I was well informed of the pros/cons to what I was wanting, each step in the process was explained in detail so I knew what I was getting myself into. I am absolutely over the moon with my new smile, and he even came in on his day off just to fit them so I wasn’t left with my temporary smile for longer than needed! The dental nurses were so lovely and helpful and receptionists were also really polite and helpful. Would 100% recommend this dental clinic.

I would give 0 stars if that were an option. This dentist has been nothing but trouble from start to finish. I signed up to their “Synplan” two years ago. My agreement stated that every six months I would receive a check-up, a professional clean, an at-home whitening kit, and X-rays at each visit. In reality, this never happened. Appointments were constantly changed or rearranged, and whenever I did attend, I was left waiting over 20 minutes every time.
