I contacted ARC dental practice based on their reviews and couldn't be happier with my choice. The reception team were so helpful on the phone and accomodating me with appointments at very short notice. Gave me good advice on parking locally and also at the car park opposite at a reduced charge of a £1. On arrival they were equally welcoming and so were the dental staff too. I was examined thoroughly by Rashmi who was really lovely and gave me great advice with no pressure at all. Avinash treated me for my root canal and I also received the best of care and skill from him too. I was strugg…
I visit this dentist every 3months and I have to say that Colleen on reception is always welcoming and always makes you feel at ease when you go in. Erica who is my dentist is brilliant. She is always very reassuring and puts me at ease and takes time to ensure I receive the best patient care.
I can not speak highly enough about this dental practice and its amazing staff. From the second you enter the practice you are greeted with warm friendly respectful staff. Coleen has guided me through my appointments and is always very accommodating. My dentist Avinash has restored my smile and advised me of the best treatments without pressuring me to make any immediate decisions. In short they are one big happy family and I would recommend the practice to anyone. (Top class) Special thanks to Coleen, Ruby, and Avinash your all fantastic.
Never pleasant having a root removed and not something I look forward to. However, Mr Matmari is the most gentle and competent dentist I have had in my entire lifetime (over 70 years). I have the utmost trust in his ability regardless of the complexity of the treatment. Top class!!
