I would highly recommend Orthoworld. I have a son with SEN and I am so grateful for the kindness, patience and sense of humour that Tracey and Lyn soothed his journey with braces. Everyone we dealt with was always so helpful. Thank you so much.
Took child out of school, took time off work to drive 20 miles for an appointment that I had a confirmation email for only to be told that he wasn't booked in and had to reschedule another appointment and will have to take more time off work and time out of school. Not happy is an understatement. No apology or even eye contact from the receptionist either.
Great staff. Found a way to get my braces done even if I had difficulties with it and they were very practical! Really recommend going to get your treatments done there.
