Took child out of school, took time off work to drive 20 miles for an appointment that I had a confirmation email for only to be told that he wasn't booked in and had to reschedule another appointment and will have to take more time off work and time out of school. Not happy is an understatement. No apology or even eye contact from the receptionist either.
