The team at Burgess and Hyder in Coundon are wonderful! Conscientious, considerate, mindful and kind. Very skilled and really on point with providing information and reassurance. The surgery and consulting room provide a warm and welcoming environment. Even though the building is very small with limited seating, the team are 100% dedicated to making it work for the patients. The team make it a fantastic experience and I would think even more so for people that are nervous Accessible by lift or stairs, ample parking. Absolutely the best Dental Practice I have ever used
I can highly recommend Burgess & Hyder in Coundon nr Bishop Auckland. The reception staff are very polite and helpful and really took the time to make you feel comfortable. The dentist both Noor & Amie were great, really knowledgeable and skilled giving me the correct aftercare advice that I needed. Thankyou for the work that you do!
My 8yr old son had his front teeth rebuilt due to falling and breaking them. Noor and Kelly were amazing with him throughout the whole 45min process. Great experience.
I feel so fortunate to be going to this dentist. The staff are lovely and very helpful. The dentist are very professional and really care about giving you the best treatment. Excellent service!
