Bupa Dental Care Bishop Auckland

Me and my family have been using this surgery for over 25 years, due to issues out of my control, a couple of appointments i’ve had to cancel and reschedule but made to feel like a naughty child for doing so! The customer service (from Nicola the receptionist) on the telephone has been close to appalling! Absolutely zero understanding or care and could not give me any evidence as to why i’m on my ‘last warning’ with the practice. Just been for an emergency appointment this afternoon and had a tooth extracted. I have to say, I've never met anyone like dentist David and his partner in crime Julia. They were patient, kind, caring, and gave me the time, space and understanding I needed to overcome issues with the dentist. Amazing work you two, keep up the great work 👏 And oooo a final shout out to the receptionist Nicola, lovely welcome and very informative when it came to questions I had about the practice and it's services 😀

This was my first visit to a Bupa dental practice, but Alice and Louise explained everything and were so professional and friendly. The Dentist, Andrew and his assistant were also very professional and went out of their way to put me at ease. They also did a brilliant job.

The dentist, I am under at BUPA at Coton Hill Bishop Auckland is called David. He is brilliant at his job. I never felt any pain at all. I would recommend David to anybody once again thank you David brilliant job. Psych
