I’ve always felt quite anxious about dental appointments, but this visit completely changed my perspective. Nabihah was incredibly professional, gentle, and thorough. She explained everything clearly, made sure I understood my options, and focused on the right treatment for me without recommending anything unnecessary. I felt genuinely cared for throughout. Probably never had a nice experience at the dentist until coming here. Aaleen was so lovely and has done what she can to save my tooth without pulling it out or charging much more for a crown that I didn't need. Both receptionists were amazing too and offered to play with my 18mnth old daughter so I could attend my appointment when I didnt have childcare!
Great practice. From the minute you arrive you are made to feel extremely welcome. Kelly the receptionist is a credit to the practice. Kind caring polite and very friendly. The staff are fantastic and professional and the practice is very clean and welcoming.
The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Booking the appointment was extremely easy online even though I was a new customer. The dentist was lovely and put me at ease as I hadn't been for years so felt nervous. There was no hard customer selling and trying to get me to pay for unnecessary work. The staff were very trustworthy. The prices were very reasonable.
