Bingley Dental Practice

Had an appointment for my wife . Drove 30 min. Didn't answer the door, on top of an estate agent . Phone goes to voice mail. Left without seeing anyone. Avoid.

Visited this morning with my young child. BRILLIANT SERVICE. The receptionist was extremely kind and went out of her way to help keep him entertained - finding us plain paper and a felt tip for him, putting up pictures of cars on her laptop and moving a chair so he could better look out the window at the world passing by! The dentist and dental nurse were friendly and helpful - all in all an excellent experience and I couldn't be happier with the experience! :)

Excellent service from the moment I went in to leaving. Lynne the receptionist is wonderful and extremely helpful. Dentist Atif is so calming and explains exactly what he is doing and why. Next stop were the hygienists Kate and Rachael, very thorough as well as being cheerful. Would not dream of going to any other practice.

My elderly mother rang to ask where this dentist was for her first appointment , she rang and no clear directions were given to her , so she missed it. Staff were rude and would not refund £20. My mum taking her costly dental treatment elsewhere as she feels she needs to trust her dental practice.
