Blue Cross Dental Practice

Rediculous! Turned up for my appointment for my two kids, to the door closed! Reception told me to call the phone. I Called to be told they had sent a letter to cancel (I did not receive this) why wouldn't you call if u need to cancel & rebook?!? When the appointment has been booked MONTHS in advance. Disgusting & NO respect for people's time! Very annoyed! After waiting months to now have to wait again.

Absolutely fuming my son been with them since we moved here asked about braces for him and was told today we should of got a letter bearing in mind this was 2016 he was referred well don't think so gat complaint to the head of this place

Best dentist around , Lovely staff always friendly. Have been with them a few years now & never had any problems.

Having had really bad toothache for a week, my own dentist for over 20 years refused to book me in for a emergency appointment. Shame on them. However, Blue Cross saw me the same day. Excellent service, the staff were so nice & supportive. The treatment was perfect, woke up this morning with no pain.
