Bhandal Dental Practice - Woodcross Health Centre

Whats happened to this place the dentist is always late and if we are late the make us rebook I've had enough of this place to to go elsewhere!! Being punctual is vital and we all know something things happen but 3 times in a row now not on time.

Been going to this dentist for years and have always been happy with Asad. Asad Has gone privetly so been replaced by another. He is unprofessional and has no people skills. He basically passed the buck and sent me to cradley heath to get my tooth seen to further and also was private to which I couldn't afford. All he was interested in was to have my tooth extracted. Not to see to the problem and save my tooth. He obviously did not want to see me as he cancelled my appointments twice and delayed my problem by a month. I have no faith in your dentistry. I would not recommend this man to any…

Disappointed, attended for my 9 o clock appt. Door will still locked. Gave it 10mins and phoned from outside. Went to answer machine. 15 mins after my appt time doors still locked and no sign of life. So left another voicemail. Phoned later in the day to see what had happened. No call back or explanation. Have registered with another Dental practice.

Booked in for a polish and clean yet again waited 45 minutes to be seen then to be told they cant do a polish and clean. Absolute terrible service since asad went private
