As someone who struggles with neurodiversity and anxiety, Queensway Orthodontist (Billingham) have been absolutely fantastic. The care taken to check in and ensure I'm comfortable for appointments have been fantastic and made a huge difference. Plus in a practical sense, my teeth look better now!
Professional and organised process. I have just started the Invisalign process and every person I have encountered so far has given clear information and been very supportive. Lovely team. Great customer service, they make it easy!
Dentist is absolutely brilliant. Puts my daughter at ease, just had her braces tightened and we were in there all of 10 minutes. Explained everything she was doing, and if we asked any questions, it was no problem. Really friendly and helpful.
I had a great experience at Queensway Orthodontics in Billingham. The team was very welcoming and professional from the start. They explained everything clearly helped me understand my treatment options, and were always supportive. Special thanks to Dr. Guy Deeming and the lovely team who made me feel comfortable. Looking forward to continuing my journey with them!
