I was an NHS patient of Ian's for years, but when the clinic went into private practice, I reluctantly decided to leave, as I really feared the cost. After a disappointing search for a new and comparable dentist, I returned to Ian at Queensway several weeks ago with a sore mouth, damaged teeth from clenching/grinding, and low self-esteem — it was one of the best decisions I’ve ever made! Got a porcelain crown done which cost around £700 only to get 6 years out of it before it crumbled. The normal lifespan of a crown is 10-15 years when I’ve researched it so wouldn’t recommend or ever go back. Disappointed after handing all that money over! Also there was originally a gold crown there I wanted changed to a porcelain one and was never offered it back which I could have probably got glued back in.

Had a stubborn front tooth removed by gas and air due to my anxiety with previous dental experiences. I had nothing to fear it was lovely to be put at ease my tooth was soon dealt with and I recommend Queens way to anyone with fear of dentist like me to visit them. There amazing people. Thank-you. I had tried several dentists before being referred to DR Will Carter. None of them felt they could help me. Apparently my dental structure was so very complex , with lots of damaged teeth . At 62 I have teeth I have never had in my life . To say it's wonderful is an understatement. I am in the medical profession myself 30 years, so feel I know professionalism when I see it . I would truly recommend anyone who is looking for dental treatment to meet this dentist . I cannot thank them enough 😊
