Jordan the hygienist is great, very helpful. However my dental experience less so. I was told that I couldn’t have implants because I didn’t have enough bone. I was also told bone grafts didn’t work (they do!). I asked about dentures and got a very negative reaction. The dentists only suggestion was to extract teeth and let me get on with it, which was disappointing. I went to a new dentist who said there was no problem at all having implants so 6 months later I’ve now got several which I’m happy with. Parking is adequate, reception is clean and staff are always polite. Always been on time, send appointment reminders and give a great service. Happy to be a returning customer
Dental appointment was cancelled with 20 minutes' notice - no apology given, and was then offered the chance to rebook an appointment in late-October which is not acceptable. Have been a loyal customer for many years - and will be looking to go elsewhere, prices are also very high.
Sharon, our hygienist, was absolutely brilliant, as usual! She is very thorough and takes her time. My wife and I have used her for many years and she certainly comes highly recommended!
