I decided to have my top set of teeth straightened a couple of years ago at this practice. The whole process has been extremely professional, I saw Sona Kotecha who explained everything thoroughly. All the advice and options given to me were always with my best interests in mind. I’m so pleased with the results, at the age of 40 to finally not be self conscious about your teeth is a great feeling. Sona is a true professional, a credit to the practice and the industry she works in. A big thank you to all the staff there and I would highly recommend the practice to anyone.
I had my braces done here a few years ago and recently came back for a retainer check. Sona and the team were fantastic — they fit me in quickly, were really professional, and made everything easy. It’s great to see the same high standard of care even years later. Highly recommend!
After cancelling an appointment for my son, I had to wait 3 months to get my deposit back. It took numerous emails and texts and phone calls that were never returned. Customer service was shocking. Definitely a place to avoid,
