I visited the dentist yesterday for a hygienist appointment with Sharon. I hadn’t been to a dentist for nearly six years after a previous bad experience, so I was quite nervous. Sharon was incredibly kind and professional, and she really put me at ease throughout the whole visit. She explained everything clearly and made the appointment feel comfortable and stress-free. I’m so glad I finally went back, and I would 100% recommend Sharon to anyone who feels anxious about dental visits. I’ll definitely be returning for future appointments.
I honestly can’t thank this dental team enough. My 9-year-old daughter was really nervous about having her tooth taken out, but the dentist was absolutely amazing with her. She was so patient, gentle, and kind, constantly joking with her and reassuring her, making the whole experience feel safe and even fun. She truly made my daughter feel big, brave, and proud of herself — something I’ll never forget. Her helper was just as wonderful, chatting away, keeping her calm, and making sure she felt comfortable the entire time. They put YouTube on the TV for her, gave her stickers, and treated her…
Jodie is down to earth and keen to help! She makes you feel very comfortable for those who are worried about going for a check up. The staff were friendly and the facility was pristine. I’ll be returning and would recommend.
As an NHS patient all my life, this dentist experience was a complete eye-opener for me. From the smiley welcome, the pleasant waiting area, to the consultation. They are transparent with their pricing and very reasonable too. One very small downside was I had to wait for approximately half an hour. Well worth the wait.
