Lovely practice and staff! Thank you Kate and Ellie for looking after me, both were incredibly professional and reassuring throughout the entire appointment. They took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all of my questions, and made sure I felt comfortable at every step. Their attention to detail and calm approach really helped ease any nerves I had ❤️

This used to be an excellent NHS dental practice and I was a patient there for 28 years. Unfortunately things changed after the practice was taken over by MyDentist and I was moved from the NHS list to a private list with little or no consultation, which I found very disappointing. As a result of my dissatisfaction, I sought a consultation at a different dental practice. I found they had more up-to-date equipment and extremely courteous staff. Following that experience, I have reluctantly decided to move my dental care away after nearly three decades.

My experience at My dentist, Norwood in Beverley has always been great. From entering the building and getting a very warm welcome from the ladies on reception to the waiting area. In my experience the dentist have been on time and are very welcoming. They make sure to explain what's going to happen and give you time to ask any questions you may have. This includes the hygienist, too. Very professional and informative regarding any treatments you may require. The dentist fully explained my treatment and possible outcomes. The treatment was carried out with little discomfort and the end result was exactly as explained.
