Loving the new look Highgate Dental Practice in Beverley which continues to evolve and get better and bigger, it looks very smart, clean and tidy. There are more waiting areas for patients which are very tidy and modern. The dental rooms are spacious, light and airy. The staff are always very pleasant to. the dentist and nurse will talk through and explain any concerns you may have with your teeth and make you feel at ease if worried about anything. Overall, very happy with the practice. ,
The service at this dental practice was good and the staff were professional and friendly. The prices were reasonable and fair. However, communication with the patient could be improved, particularly regarding clarity about payment and the receipt of X-rays via email. Clearer information and more consistent follow-up would make the overall experience even better.
Outstanding from first calling the practice in need of a new dentist to finishing the treatment. Wholly recommend this practice and will be attending here going forward. Particularly thanks to Charles for his persistence which paid dividends.
Such an amazing place, staff are all friendly and very understanding. I feel my dentist understands me and my issues, always has time to see me and reassure me. Have received excellent care, though still nervous at dentist, they are so caring.
