I have had two calls with Sarah the clinical pharmacist at the group. She really is amazing. She understands, cares and most certainly is an absolute credit to the surgery. I can not thank her enough for supporting me through a tricky journey.

Phoned surgery this afternoon, 14 in the queue and no change after 20 mins. Decided to walk to the surgery instead and found the staff just chatting to one another while the phones are ringing. These people shouldn't be in a job!

Thanks so much for your hard work. I have submitted online consultation and received a call back and text to sort out the issue . Well done as I now how underfunded the service is

Stay away from Dr Syeda Zerra. (May not be correct spelling) Before I even sat down for my appointment I was accused of smoking weed. For the appointment I came on my lunch break for… in my 2 piece suit. That sounds right. What a disgusting, fake and patronising women to accuse anyone of doing such a thing. Clearly judging people before they even come into the room which surely is strictly prohibited in health care. Raises concerns whether she is giving bias care towards the whole community based on what they look like or what they do. This surgery are quick to shut down anyone that rais…
