I had my first visit at Kempston Dental Practice recently, followed by a treatment appointment, and I couldn’t be more impressed with the experience. From the moment I walked in, the team made me feel genuinely welcome and at ease. The practice is professional, well-organised, and clearly focused on patient care. Suraj was absolutely brilliant throughout. He took the time to explain everything clearly, making sure I understood each step of the process and felt comfortable before going ahead with any treatment. His nurse, Lauren was also professional and supportive during both appointments…
I came to the practice after a disappointing experience with another practice. The quality of care, thoroughness of examination and explanation was reassuring and a completely different experience. I didn't feel rushed, had lots of opportunity to ask questions and am confident I'm in better hands. Definitely the right decision.
As a slightly anxious patient, everyone at the practice makes the experience that little bit better and makes me feel at ease. In terms of treatment, after a long gap in me going to a dentist, the service has been fantastic and my results speak for themselves. Thanks to everyone.
Great service very friendly staff. I’ve just finished my Invisalign treatment and was there today to have some composite bonding done with Dr. Suraj and dental nurse Sharon. Really pleased with the results, they looked after me throughout. They were very thorough with attention to detail. couldn’t be happier with the results.
