I've been going to this dental practice for years now. I have always had an excellent experience with them. I like getting a text message confirmation of new appointments. They also provide text reminders before an appointment and call you to confirm that you will be attending you appointment. The dental care that I've received has always been excellent and very good value. The staff are always friendly and professional.
I had such a lovely experience I met two amazing welcoming ladies the dentist was so friendly and the young nurse was absolutely gorgeous truly beautiful inside and out She was so sweet and made me feel completely comfortable, and honestly had a smile that just lit up the room.
My first visit. Very friendly and efficient reception and lovely reassuring dentist. 100% happy.
shouldn't be able to give any stars to this dental practice! losing my mother's dentures and then sending her letters to say they never had them! Now she has to fork out more money to have them again! been waiting since this morning for a call back and was told 5-10 minutes! it is now 3pm! seriously l, this dental practice needs closing down and have better staff. ridiculous!!!! I will be on the phone to you again and I will make sure I'm not off until I speak to someone higher than a petty manager who sits behind a desk and does nothing!
