Edward Byrne is not my dentist but just got a referral to Edward Byrne for a tooth extraction. They were very good, and if l ever experienced any issues with my dentist, l wouldn't mind moving to them. However, l do not have any issues with my dentist. They were absolutely brilliant with me. Very comforting and reassuring as l was feeling quite nervous when l went in. I couldn't believe how quick it was. Receptionists were lovely too. I would recommend them 100%.
Chris Brooks has been my dentist at Edward Byrne for a few years now and is excellent. I have very bad anxiety when it comes to visiting the dentist, which I hope Chris doesn’t take personally! Chris does a fantastic job at keeping my nerves at bay, talking through each part of the procedure and giving me the time to take a breather and reset before he moves on. He understands what triggers my anxiety and adjusts his approach to reduce my stress levels as much as possible! Thank you very much Chris, would high recommend!
I had an appointment for a tooth extraction which could not be carried out by my regular dentist. The dentist at Edward Byrne did a great job and explained everything very well in a professional and also friendly manner. I was very satisfied with the treatment I received.
Even though this is not my usual dental practice, I was referred and I had an excellent experience with Dr. Payal and couldn’t recommend her more. From the moment I arrived, she made me feel calm, listened to my concerns carefully, and explained every step of the treatment clearly. Her professionalism, gentle approach, and attention to detail truly set her apart.
