Very poor communication and follow-up from a private practice. I visited De-ientes Dental in Clapham on 13 January. Dr Kiran Jutla was pleasant and placed a temporary filling while we discussed options (£155 filling vs £795 crown). Afterwards, I tried twice to get a call back for reassurance and X-rays before committing to costly treatment — no response. Only after leaving a third message did they return my call. An appointment was then booked for Tuesday, but cancelled the day before because the dentist wanted to call me first. I was told she would contact me — it’s now Thursday evening…
Highly recommend dentist practice, fantastic service provided by the staff. My daughter has been on the NHS list and had her braces fitted, and now 18 months later has had them removed. Thank you for your impeccable service.
I have now been to the Clapham dentist on various visits over the years of being a patient, and I have to say Tracy on reception is a credit to your business, always welcoming, and lovely to have someone who wants to chat and put you at ease. Keep up the great work!
