AMAZING EXPERIENCE! ✨ I had an incredible experience at this dental practice last month and I genuinely couldn’t recommend them more. From the moment I walked in, the receptionist was so warm, welcoming and attentive. It immediately put me at ease. For my hygienist appointment, both the hygienist and her assistant were absolutely amazing — they explained everything clearly, even things I didn’t expect to learn during the appointment. I've just had 3 lower central teeth that were chipped repaired by the dentist, Chris. I can't believe how good the repair is. You just cannot tell which teeth have been repaired. Chris and the dental nurse assisting were excellent, explaining everything they were doing. We've also discussed a treatment plan to do further improvement work. Each treatment has been itemised and costed, so I'm able to do things as and when I can afford it. I also visited Amy the hygienist yesterday and again received first class treatment and advise. Amazing dentist. From the minute you walk in your welcomed with kindness. I see Chris and again he has always been so kind and caring as well as his colleagues that work with him. This is a good practice which I have been more than happy with since it first came to Adelaide Square . However, the real strength of any organisation is having the ability and desire to put things right when they've gone awry. This business has that in spades. After an uncomfortable, long and painful crown prep in which the temporary crown fell off after 4 days, I was fitted in with 24 hours notice and repairs were fully and successfully achieved.
