Cavendish Dental Practice

Mr Bharucha and his assistant Charlie at Cavendish dental practice went the extra mile to provide me with excellent treatment on the NHS. This included saving and repairing a tooth that may well have been extracted at another practice. They achieved this in a busy period by working late one day and starting early on another. They did this willingly with a cheerful, helpful manner. I cannot fault the excellent service they provided.

I have never had a fear of dentists before now. I have no issues with the practice itself. However, the dentist that I saw on both of my visits was brutal. She was abrupt and rushed my treatment. On both occasions, she could see that she was causing me pain but carried on. Regardless of me pulling away, she just became more forceful. On my second visit, I had a tooth extraction. She gave me anaesthetic without warning, just jabbed the needle in. I had to wait for my mouth to go numb in the waiting room whilst she saw other patients, I went back in, and she tried to take the tooth out. I was…

I have had quite an extensive treatment plan. Fillings. A tooth extraction... New dentures made. Erica (the dentist) and her lovely dental nurse (sorry I didn't get her name) were first class from start to finish. They made me feel at ease the whole time I was there. I also have to give a shout out to (I think it was Rachel) the receptionist who was outstanding. She was pleasant and the day I was having my extraction offered to hold my hand lol. Absolutely brilliant. Thank you x

I attend this practice with my little sister and I see Zeyn upstairs. I always feel very welcome at my appointments and he is very patient with both me and my sister! Highly recommend.
