Had been referred by my dentist due to a re-root treatment that needed treating and was beyond his capabilities. Parking available at the premises. Quick appointment, desk staff so friendly and helpful, Sanjay my dentist was a superstar as was his lovely assistant. 3 hours in the chair ! (1st session) told me all the time what procedure was being done, reassured me, and the time flew by. No pain. No waiting for that pain to hit with your hands clutching each other. My experience at the EndoClinic was exceptional. The reception team are friendly, informative and helpful. The nurses are clearly very experienced and knowledgeable, would definitely recommend to family and friends.

Very disappointed with the service. The lady on the phone was quite rude and unprofessional — she refused to provide any details about the plan, treatment, or pricing, and simply told me to “check the website.” If that’s the level of customer service offered, I’d much rather go somewhere that values communication and treats people with respect.

Just take your money and do nothing. Attended to be told can’t treat my tooth. Told will write to me dentist, but done nothing. Now chasing everyone but no one wants to take responsibility of issue. Very disappointed!
