I have been seeing Nisha as my dentist for a few years now and I always feel so calm and safe under her care. Everything is explained thoroughly, options discussed all while being incredibly kind and compassionate. The reception staff at Westpole are also amazing, kind, helpful and I just feel so well cared for at every step from making an appointment up to the end of care, I couldn’t fault them.
I have been coming to this practise since I was a toddler for over 25+ years but never have I ever come across such professional but also compassionate empathetic members of staff like Artur (senior dental practitioner) and Emma (dental assistant). For somebody who suffers with complex mental health simple things like coming to the dentist can be very daunting especially the anxiety around having any teeth removed/surgical procedures - Today I experienced a full blown panic attack mid treatment however Emma was able to guide me through with breath work and Artur was able to clearly guide m…
The receptionists are friendly and efficient and really know their patients. Nisha did a great job with my teeth alignment and other dental work. Thanks to a professional and caring team I never dread a dentist visit.
I’ve been a patient of Westpole for 33 years, and have never experienced a dentist quite as outstanding as Arthur. He is an incredible asset to the surgery and it is truly the first time in 33 years I’ve left with no pain, and a smile on my face, and all after a root canal! He is someone who genuinely cares for his patients and has a great dry sense of humour that immediately puts you at ease. His dental nurse is also excellent. I cannot recommend Arthur highly enough. Kim on reception is always great to see and has been a constant for a long time.
