I have only had good experiences of check-up and hygienist appointments here. Dr Shah is very good at explaining clearly what he's looking for and the rationale behind what he's doing. I've especially appreciated the way he does this with my children - he is kind in the way he deals with them, and also explains things calmly to them in ways they understand.
I attended the Clinic with my son for both NHS and Private treatment. We saw Dr Khushil and I can honestly say, his demeanor and professionalism were exceptional. He was very patient, friendly and his energy was calming and pleasant. He made my son feel at ease with the treatment and he explained every step of the process and reassured my son throughout the treatment. I want to express my admiration and gratitude to the entire team of Cockfoster Dental Practice. Very kind from the first girls at the reception I encountered through the nurses to the dentists. Very high professionalism, they work very carefully. The office itself is very modern and very very clean. I have never been in such a positive and tidy place.
