Shivani is the loveliest dentist! I'm very nervous at the dentist and she absolutely puts me at ease to make it as straightforward as possible. She's brilliant!
After contacting the surgery on Monday evening to say my filling had fallen out, they were able to fit me in by Tuesday lunch time to replace it and were also willing to do my check up at the same time to save me making another appointment. The service is always exemplary and they are all lovely people to deal with.
Nick is an excellent dentist and well supported by his dental nurse. Good pain free filling and efficient reception staff. It would have been 5 stars but the shabby porch / entrance desperately needs redecorating and has been like that for well over a year - it doesn't reflect the excellent quality of dental work inside .
Everybody mega-polite & helpful. The dentist was kind, gentle & explained everything before do any of the investigations. She explained all the options & provided avice in helping me make my choices. Overall, a very good experience.
