Fit me in on same day as half my tooth fell out and I was in a lot of pain. Dentist was lovely, took her time to X-ray, clean and fill my tooth. Always great service and the receptionist I spoke to this morning was lovely also and did her best to get me seen. Great dentist I’m glad I registered here 😊

I was seen within an hour and a half of calling after suffering with pain all weekend. The dentist and dental nurse who saw me were efficient and empathetic. They definitely put my mind at ease and made a stressful time better so thankyou!

I had an excellent experience today with Dr. Komal Shah-Knowles and her assistant, who is always very friendly and kind. She even took the time to talk to my son while he was waiting. I really appreciate Dr. Shah-Knowles’ approach—she clearly explains what she is doing and performs her work with precision, never doing a half job. Previously, I had an emergency appointment when she was unfortunately unavailable. Hello. Today I had a check up which lasted 7 or 8 minutes. Nothing needed to be done. However, at reception I was told that the fee would be £27.40. On expressing my surprise the receptionist told me that this was the standard fee for a check up. Is it possible that part of this fee can be refunded? Kind regards, Rey Lear
