First appointment today. Had Mark and his assistant (sorry, can’t remember her name :-/) but both were lovely :) Really positive experience, really gentle, explained everything, did X-rays and sat and went through my teeth so I actually understood what we are looking for. Made a refreshing change to feeling I was rushed in and out the door as I did in my old dentist and I didn’t understand/know what was what with my teeth,. Some great like tips as well which I never knew about. I’d happily go back and will do my hygienist appointment in a few weeks time. Receptionist (Kathy) was lovely and…
New to the area, no one would add me to there dentist as full capacity. This dentist is the best dentist I have ever came across, they are reassuring and caring, professional and squeezed me an appointment on the same day and made me a plan in action so I can get back on track. They care about there patients and just couldn’t thank them enough. Literally saved my teeth. Thank you so much, I am so grateful, you have made my day!:)
I have to say, this is the best dental practice I've ever been to, and if you've got a major thing that needs fixing, I would recommend it every time. There never seem any time constraints - if it takes longer than anticipated, they keep going till it's absolutely perfect. It's private unfortunately, so having given up work have sadly had to go elsewhere for everyday treatment. I must single out Dr Henrietta Bors as being a FANTASTIC dentist!!
Being terrified of dentists, I feel i am in a good position to recommend Tavistock House. The staff are friendly and caring and always explain any treatment fully. Cameras are used so that the dentist can explain what is going to be done in your mouth and they have TVs on the ceiling playing soothing scenes when you have any work done. Parking is easy, the building is nice, all in all high commended.
