I am petrified of the dentist but I can’t tell you how at ease they made me feel. Had tooth removed quickly and pain free. Definitely using again.
I never normally write reviews, but felt compelled for this because this is hands down the best dentist I’ve ever been to, and they need to get the credit they all deserve! The receptionists are always really friendly. Dr Mathew and Anna are so kind and friendly, completely calm your nerves, and are really professional. From the initial phone call Berrycroft Dental have been incredible. I am not very keen on the dentist and was a little nervous but from the moment I put my hand on the door Dawn looked after me as if I was the only patient in the world. All staff encountered were super friendly, put me at ease and listened to what I had to say. It really makes a difference when the staff at the dentist are friendly. This is hands down the best dentist. Dawn the receptionist is delightful, always has a smile on her face and makes you feel at ease as soo as you walk in. All the dentists who work there are lovely, they are not judgemental. I'm a nervous wreck when it comes to going to the dentist and I have felt like all the staff are there supporting you through it rather then just keeping you in the dark braking you feel on edge. 100% recommend this dentist
