Excellent, NHS patient, easy to get an appointment. I have had an issue with a tooth, had visited another dental surgery several times who said there was nothing wrong. New to this surgery and within 5 minutes was able to tell me exactly what was wrong. All staff extremely friendly and helpful

Amazing service! Dirk was so thorough with his examination - I don’t think any dentist has checked my jaw, cheeks etc. Needed a tooth out and was booked in for the next day. I have cancer and just finished a course of chemotherapy so a tooth extraction comes with its own risks in those circumstances but Dirk was so careful with the extraction just gently easing it out. The after care instructions verbally and via a leaflet were excellent and I was given antibiotics as an extra precaution! Dental nurses and reception staff were also very helpful and friendly.

Absolutely terrible service. We were a little late arriving for our back to back appointments. Despite the first appointment still finishing ahead of schedule (probably because the dentist took all of about 2 minutes to complete a very unthorough checkup) the dentist refused to honour the second appointment that wasn’t even due to start until 3 minutes later, claiming she had another appointment. The receptionist wouldn’t arrange for the Practice Manager to call me, stating I had to email them. I have emailed a complaint and await a reply…. A wholly unsatisfactory service.
