South Normanton Dental Practice

I've been lucky to be able to return to this practice after covid, and I can honestly say I am 100% pleased with the whole experience. My dentist was Vikram and he made me feel comfortable, treated me with respect, and I had my problems explained in detail and all questions answered. Reception staff very polite and helpful also. Would highly recommend 👌

Really lovely practice staff all seem happy and have a smile. As new patients my husband and I felt welcomed and were met by two smiling receptionists who were very pleasant and upbeat. Our dentist and dental nurse were the same, we were made to feel in control of our appointment and were given choices regarding how our treatment would progress. Very happy with our new practice and would highly recommend 😀

I managed to secure an nhs appointment after having to pay privately elsewhere. Had my first check up today, I was contacted to rearrange the time as dentist was running late and they didn't want me waiting too long just for a check up, arranged for me to see a different dentist - a thoughtful gesture. Arrived early but went straight in, I saw Sam think his name was who was friendly, professional and very, very thorough. Receptionist was lovely too. I see a fantastic dentist who is very thorough and kind. He gives me great advice and is caring. I am pleased when he walks around the corner and calls my name. I haven’t had any experience with the others so I’m not saying that they are not as nice or as good as the one I have. I did have to wait a while for turn as he was running late. But I understand because he does a thorough job and a simple check up could turn out to be something else. The staff in reception are friendly and booked me in for a further appointment to accommodate my working hours. I would highly recommend this practice.
