My husband and I came here as new patients, and the whole experience has been excellent. Registering and making appointments was very easy. The receptionists were lovely—friendly, helpful, and very informative. Sarah, the dentist, made me feel at ease from the start and explained everything thoroughly. When I returned for my treatment (a filling), it was carried out with great professionalism, and again Sarah made sure I was comfortable throughout. I would definitely recommend this dental surgery without hesitation.

My children and I have been coming here for many years, despite moving out of Derbyshire, we still continue to come due to them being amazing! They are always able to offer joint appointments at a time to suit us. The dentists, particularly owen (who has now left) and Pinder, are fabulous with kids, interactive with them and explaining why they need to brush well. Absolute 5 star practice, as a trained dental nurse myself and worked at different practices, I STILL choose Hafren house for my dental care! I’ve been coming here since I was a child and all the professionals know their stuff! Sarah Dentist is just brilliant, caring, easy to talk to and just amazing with my children. From the receptionists, dental nurses and dentists they are just fab and every single visit over 30 plus years had been professional and great. I 100% recommend them to all my family and friends.

Without doubt the best dental practice I’ve been to after many years of suffering from anxiety and worry when an appointment was due. The level of professionalism from the dental team including the kind and cheerful receptionists makes attending refreshing change. The dentist always explains everything fully and during any procedure is gentle in their approach. Wish I had gone to this practice years ago. Highly recommended for anyone who is nervous.
