I came in for a tooth extraction and I have a negative history with dental work. Gurd and Jazmine made my extraction process so much more comforting and an all round much more bearable experience. Would highly recommend these two in particular to anyone who needs dental work doing. Especially if you're nervous about it!
My 2 children have attended 2 different orthodontists for their braces and we've had such contrasting experiences! Refine Dental Care in Alfreton are fantastic, their communication is spot on, with text, email and phone reminders for appointments, welcoming and very efficient reception staff, and the efficiency and organisation of the dental work is excellent. The team are welcoming, reassuring, and communicate the care plan really well. I highly recommend this dental practice.
Came today for a tooth extraction. Always a worry and im not great with these things but I couldnt have been in better hands. Everyone was so friendly and the dentist was amazing. Never felt a thing even the injections where painless and it was out in 2 seconds amazing. He spoke to me all the way through couldnt be happier. Would highly recommend.
I recently received treatment here & I found it to be an excellent experience. Everyone is SO nice warm & friendly. I wasn`t looking forward to the injection to numb my mouth, but I barely felt a thing.It was over in seconds. And all I heard was a slight crunch & the broken tooth was out! All over with before I had time to worry about anything. Everyone from the receptionist to the dental nurse to the dentist were lovely & kind and so friendly. The only negative about my visit was I found out the dentist supported Argentina in the last world cup.But hey, nobody`s perfect! Of course, I`m on…
