I went to my first appointment n ver been before Jenny on reception wasn’t very welcoming in at all. Who said in future I could self check-in at the machine. I’m not good on machines and like face to face. Then my appointment was 20 mins late who was listening to me and not very helpful So walked out. Definitely wouldn’t not go there again.

Trying to get an appointment is tricky but now I can't access the website which I annoying for ordering prescriptions ect . This needs sorting out . I got on it last week this week change.i don't want to be logging into this and that. It was so easy why in earth is everything so complicated now days???

Clean, easy to access, with a good arrangement of facilities (such as the pharmacy) on site. Appointments seem to generally run to time. Light and airy waiting room which is comfortable, with water dispensing units. Staff are generally polite and helpful. The biggest issue is with the parking. Disabled bays regularly used by vehicles with no blue badge on display. It is a tight and awkward layout. Numerous times now I have been blocked in a parking space, or prevented from parking in empty spaces by delivery drivers who park their large vans /trucks with absolutely no regard for patients.…

Came in Friday as just been told I have diabetes and needed my eyes checked was a bit concerned lady who took pictures of my eyes was first class polite friendly and amazing at her job thank you
