The Old Post Office Dental Practice

I had a really terrible experience with the dental hygienist Julie. She made me feel really uncomfortable & for the first time ever I can understand why people don’t like going to the dentist. Julie made statements about the west coast of Scotland having terrible diets hence why our teeth are so bad. I think it’s awful to generalise like that. As someone who works in the public sector, you have to remember everyone has their own life stress & worries. A little bit of kindness goes a long way. I used to love going here & everyone else in there has always been nothing but lovely.

I got myself registered here a couple of months ago after my last dental practice took me off their care without my knowledge. I’ve really bad anxiety and struggle with appointments in general, especially now, however this dental practice could not make life any easier. They’re warm and friendly and offer amazing care to their patients, as well as being super understanding to my circumstances! The dentist I see, Helen, is especially kind through my appointments in making sure I’m at ease! I genuinely could not recommend the amazing work everyone does here enough!

Attended an appointment today for the first time and received fantastic service. The receptionist who greeted me was lovely, I was seen within minutes of arriving and the practise itself was immaculate. I saw Dr Campbell - she was fantastic, explained everything very well and I didn't feel judged for needing work done (as I have experienced in other practises). Would highly recommend this dental practise!

Not keen on dental treatment. Eileen always puts me at ease with her calming voice. Eileen always explains every step of treatment. By time treatment completed I am a very happy 😁 person. Feel a lot calmer after treatment completed. Well done again👍
