I had a really positive experience at APCO Dental Practice. From the moment I walked in, the staff were welcoming, friendly, and professional. Jumped up recepionist hassling a disabled person for money. £20 to secure an appointment, never had my card details, they said they'd hold the appointment for 48hrs. I never got back to them, a month later my accounts in debt.........how does that work. Call them, i need to re register, i never unregistered. Have your manager call me back.......still waiting Now they probably gonna come back with some bull response, like all the others i've just read. Really gone down hill. I have been with this dentist since 2020 and they have aways been fine. My regular dentist left so saw a new one last year who I thought was quite rude. Comes to this year, no appointments for months available for my check up. Finally comes to the day and could not get to them due to unforeseen circumstances. Tried to call, cannot get through as phones are now AI. Left a message and completed a form online. Had no call back, completed another form a few days later. Gets call back, I can have another appointment if I pay the missed appointment fee. Which is insane as h…

I have been attending Apco dental practice for a few years now and I would definitely recommend them. Mr Perves is a great dentist who explains what work he is carrying out and also gives you options, very happy with this service.
