Made to wait for 40 mins then the dentist wanted to send me home without filling the tooth I’d come to have filled! The last time my wife visited and tired up 10 mins late for her appointment she was turned away. Standards have dropped significantly in recent years culminating in what we have today - a joke of a surgery. The young man in reception is it’s one decent attribute. He secured the two starts all by himself!
I've been registered here as an NHS patient for nearly 4 years and I have always had a consistently good service - the team at the front desk are always friendly and helpful and the practitioners are knowledgeable and reassuring. A great practice - thankyou everyone for the amazing work!
I rang the dentist today as I needed an emergency appointment and tooth extraction because I was in so much pain, I got there at 11.25 and was seen straight away and was back out the door in 10 minutes, totally blown away by this experience! I’m so happy that I’m out of pain! Very prompt and professional very much recommended! Thanks Gita
I had an appointment for the hygienist today which was cancelled via text which isn't ideal,perhaps a phone call would be better so you can organise another appointment there and then,as this isn't the first time and seems to have become the normal pattern every time I have the hygienist .saying that I also needed to have a extraction and Tanya and the young man who work on reception couldn't have been more helpful and went out of there way to find me a appointment and to fit me in at the end of the day.
