i’ve only received a consultation thus far, but i would like to say that it was probably the best dental consultation i’ve had! the head of the practice spoke with my mother and i for about 45 minutes about proceeding with braces, and we spoke on the way home about how satisfied we were. it was very in depth and informative, authentic, and i never felt that i was being sold something or pressured into getting a more expensive procedure. the focus was on the health and personal goals for my teeth, no more no less, and all were welcoming and friendly! it was a very comfortable experience, and…
I attended an appointment for a 2nd opinion to clarify my options that had been provided by my current NHS practise. The service I received was outstanding compared. The whole atmosphere with your practise is very calm and relaxed and not rushed. Asif was so calm , friendly and informative. He gave me so much time and explained all my options clearly and impartially. The overall experience was so pleasant. I felt reassured and confident with the advice given.
