I have always felt supported, understood, and at ease thanks to the professionalism of Iona Murray, Implant Coordinator, and Dr Khaled Nassar and thanks to the other team members, also very kind and supportive. They all were very attentive to my concerns and ready to solve any issues with great professionalism. Dr Khaled carefully considered my fear of anesthesia and used a solution to numb my gum, ensuring I didn't feel any pain, plus he put on some pleasant music during the procedure to place the implant in the bone , which helped create a more relaxing atmosphere.
