I have been very happy with the treatment I receive from this practice. I have been able to get emergency appointments when I need them. And not too long waits for more routine appointments. The staff are all pleasant and the premises are clean. The dentist has always clearly explained what treatment is needed and why, answering any questions I have subsequently. During any procedure they give you notice/warning of what they are about to do next. I have felt that the dentists were very competent and I was always in safe hands. I have been with Academy dentists for many, many years. Initially with Royston and in recent years with Claire. Top marks to both of them. Regular check ups interspersed with remedial and emergency treatments have always gone smoothly. A big shout out also to Jackie on reception 👏. I can thoroughly recommend Academy Dental Care. Keep up the excellent work.
I took my mum who has Alzheimer’s to academy dental last week for a check up. The dentist Jennifer and her nurse were very kind and patient with her and it was a very professional and thorough service. I also find the reception team really helpful and courteous when I’ve had dealings with them. Would thoroughly recommend this dental practice.
Everyone at academy dental is awesome ! Always friendly, efficient and helpful … especially Jackie at reception. I’ve always had the best dentists over the years. Way back it was Mr Morrison, then Scott for many years and now Mathew. Mathew is honestly the absolute best, he couldn’t be more patient and great with my daughter Amira and of course myself. I was worried when Scott left, but I now know they got the perfect candidate … thank you to you all Sarah and Amira
