Everything was great! All the staff are kind, polite, and genuinely sweet — very attentive and friendly. My doctor and nurse were professional and caring, which made me feel very comfortable. I went through the NHS, and I’m really glad this clinic accepts new NHS patients. In our case, there was nothing urgent, and I could get an appointment with the doctor the following week, which was very convenient. I've been going here for a few years. Never had a bad experience. Front staff have been efficient and friendly and the dentist has a straightforward style and works quickly. Most recently I went to make an appointment for a lost filling and they said actually, he may be able to see you right now. I came away twenty minutes later with a new filling!

Dentist and dental assistant both lovely, very caring thorough and attentive and did a great job. I got a tooth out and it didn't hurt at all, and my dentist dealt well with my anxiety, reassuring me and letting me know what was happening. Receptionist are also so welcoming and helpful and always know who I am. Surroundings bright and welcoming.
